4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement..
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion or as specified in the project agreement.
  • If a client chooses to pause the project, an invoice will be issued for all completed work to date.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or project delays.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content, images, login credentials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client response may affect the project timeline.

  • If the client fails to provide required content or feedback within 7 days, the project timeline may be extended or placed on hold.
  • If a project is on hold for more than 21 days due to client inaction, additional restart fees may apply.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided comply with legal and copyright regulations.
  • If the client requires significant revisions outside the agreed scope, additional fees and timeline adjustments may be necessary.
  • Failure to provide timely feedback may result in delays in project completion, and we are not liable for any impact this may have on the client’s business.

6. Revisions and Approval

  • Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions, as agreed in the project proposal.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be subject to extra charges.
  • Final approval must be provided before the website or marketing materials go live.

7. Intellectual Property

  • We retain ownership of all designs, code, and intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Clients will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables.
  • Any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, plugins) may be subject to separate licensing agreements.

8. Website Launch & Maintenance

  • We will provide an agreed-upon launch process and ensure the website is fully operational.
  • Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support are available as separate services.

9. Marketing & Advertising Services

  • We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, ad performance, or conversion rates.
  • Marketing strategies require ongoing optimization and external factors beyond our control may affect results.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary and sensitive information confidential. We will not share client data or business details without consent.

11. Liability & Warranty

  • We strive to provide high-quality work but cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales increases.
  • We are not responsible for security breaches, hosting issues, or third-party software failures.

12. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ notice in writing.
  • Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms.
  • If the client decides to pause the project, an invoice will be issued for all work completed to date.

13. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
