Meet the client.
Julie, a life coach and wellness expert, approached us with a complex set of requirements for her new website, HabitFixer.com. She needed a robust, multi-functional platform that could:
- Handle Life Coaching and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) session bookings,
- Offer Hypnosis MP3 downloads for purchase and instant delivery,
- Sell Confidence Building courses with automated email journeys triggered post-purchase through Mailchimp,
- Promote a free Stress Buster MP3 giveaway via newsletter sign-ups,
- Showcase a portfolio of healthy living products,
- Support an active blog for fresh content and SEO.
Additionally, Julie had built a strong presence on YouTube and Instagram, and she wanted this dynamic content to stream directly into her website as it went live.
This project was far more than a standard WooCommerce WordPress site — it needed careful planning, deep integrations, and a design that matched Julie’s calming, supportive brand personality.

Clear Structure and Seamless Navigation
Given the complexity of the services and content, we dedicated significant time to designing a clear site structure and navigation system. We mapped out an intuitive information architecture that guides visitors naturally toward coaching, downloads, courses, or content based on their needs.
WooCommerce Setup with Specialised Flows
We customized WooCommerce to handle both digital downloads and course bookings.
Each product type had its own tailored customer journey, including instant download links post-purchase where needed.
Booking Forms Integration
Using tailored booking forms, we created easy-to-use scheduling systems for Life Coaching and EFT sessions, allowing clients to book and pay online — all within a simple, frictionless experience.
Mailchimp Automation
We connected WooCommerce purchases to Mailchimp automation to create a smooth, engaging follow-up experience:
- Buyers of courses automatically receive beautifully designed email sequences that build engagement, reinforce learning, and nurture accountability over time.
- Newsletter signups trigger an automatic delivery of the Stress Buster MP3 giveaway, encouraging rapid list growth and ongoing lead nurturing.
To ensure a consistent brand experience, we also designed custom Mailchimp email templates that match HabitFixer.com’s calm, supportive identity. These templates make every communication feel polished, professional, and aligned with Julie’s mission.
Dynamic Content Streams
Julie’s YouTube and Instagram content are now live-streamed into the website through custom API integrations.
New videos and posts appear automatically on dedicated pages, keeping the site fresh and strengthening her brand reach without any extra work.
Brand Identity and Logo Design
We also created Julie’s logo and developed a full brand identity for HabitFixer.com — one that reflects calm, encouragement, and wellness.
